We understand, a pair of glasses should provide good fit and comfort. Adapting to new frames, new lenses with the up to date and changed prescription sometimes takes a few weeks.

Our lenses and frames are carefully sourced with no compromise in quality. At sow, we take some additional precautions to give you the perfect fitted pair of spectacles. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us on our email and we will do everything to put things right. You have 60 days to return your glasses for a full refund. In addition, our manufacturer's warranty on frames and lenses is for One Year.

Refunds

Our customers are the purpose of our company. If you want to return our spectacles, kindly follow the below steps.

1. Contact sow refunds on customer@specsonweb.co.uk with all details or alternatively please complete the form on the right hand side of this text.
2. We will contact you within 48 hours and sort out your concerns and discuss how to return if this is decided.
3. Please safely wrap your spectacles in the case.
4. Return it to our address
5. Once we safely receive the glasses without any damage, then we will confirm by email that the refund/credit/ exchange options are processed.
6. You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed for your records.
